We are determined to make sure our clients understand the process and their expectations from the beginning to be able to deliver a quality home within budget in a timely manner.

Meet and chat with the client about their wants, needs and budget for their future build. Once a general idea of what is required, we will supply a concept agreement form stating costs to engage with the architect. Once plan deposit is paid, we will set up a meeting with the architect to create concept plans. In this time, we will give a rough estimate on the build.

After we have worked with the client and architect around specifications to create a concept plan you are happy with, we will then supply a preliminary form to create our building contract ready for council submission.

Once working drawings are complete, we will sit down with you and the contract, make sure all parties are happy, answer any queries you may have and once all signed and commencement deposit is paid, we will submit into council. This process normally takes 20 working days but can differ depending on council workloads and requirements. We will pass any invoices from council on to you for payment.

While plans are working their way through council, this will be the time to meet with our colour consultant, kitchen designer and discuss interior and exterior colours. Plumbing ware, tiles, lighting and flooring selections will also be confirmed. We will schedule all subtrades and material orders for you.

We want you to understand the process of the build and how we plan to complete your home. Obviously we cannot control the weather and some situations that may arise during your build, but we will endeavour to keep you as informed as possible throughout the process. We will provide you with a realistic timeframe to have the build complete as per our Master Builders contract. During the build, you will be given regular updates on how it is all progressing.

Your build is now complete and it is time to hand over. We will meet on site to do a walk-through of your new home, this is the time to double check everything is as we have agreed and to an acceptable standard. During this time all forms will be submitted to council for Code of Compliance inspection and once this has been approved and insurances are all in place – welcome to your new home!
